All international orders ship for a flat fee of just 4.5$ by order with one stamp + 0.20$ for each next stamp in the cart.
*Oversize items (no stamps) may note an additional shipping surcharge.
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed in the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for the delivery of the order in the case of the incorrect or incomplete shipping address indicated by you.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Lesia Zgharda Stamps is here to offer you the finest quality products available. We want you to be satisfied with each and every item you purchase from us.
But if you would like to return an item in your order, please contact LZ Stamps immediately for approval. We will happily accept unopened, unused products within 14 days of order receipt. A consumer will be responsible for shipping costs for the returned item(s) to LZ Stamps. And also in case of repeated delivery of the order with the fault of the consumer (incorrect or incompletely specified address, other necessary data or contacts, failure to attend the postal service to receive your order).
We will replace Lesia Zgharda-manufactured artist supplies that arrive damaged or defective.
About any defective products must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the order (with pictures or video) and we'll send you the replacement (all shipping costs at our expense).
Incorrect order fulfillment must be reported within the 3 days of receipt of order. We will accept a request for a not completed order for shortages and other inconsistencies within 3 days from the day you received your parcel.
The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Lesia Zgharda is not responsible for the customs laws and taxes of the recipient country.
Therefore, if you have information about the features or restrictions of customs control in your country, you can alert us when placing your order.
LZ Stamps cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged by the shipping company once the parcel has left our warehouse. But we always try to do our best for you to receive a parcel with your order.
If you receive a damaged package, save the box/envelope and contact us right away. Damaged shipments, defective merchandise, and packing errors must be reported to an LZ Customer Service Manager within 3 days of receiving.
